Huggos respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you reserve a seat at one of our prix fixe or wine pairing dinners, how we use it, and who we share it with.

When you make a reservation we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size, and any dietary notes you choose to provide. Payment information is collected directly by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
How we use your information
- Confirm your reservation and send pre-event reminders.
- Contact you about changes to the evening.
- Process payments, refunds, and cancellations.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and third parties
We share payment details with Stripe solely to process your transaction. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information if required by law.
Your choices
You may update or request deletion of your reservation details by emailing us at the address below. Please note that payment records may need to be retained for accounting and tax purposes.
