Reservations
A reservation is confirmed only after full payment is received through our secure checkout provider. Seats are limited and allocated in the order payments are completed.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Gratuity is not included unless specified on the event page.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled at the discretion of Huggos management. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method.
Event changes
Menus, wines, and event details are subject to change based on availability and seasonality. If an event is cancelled by Huggos, guests will receive a full refund.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the experience of others.
Limitation of liability
Huggos liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i.
